Our delivery is using JNE. Your delivery fee will appear in the Confirmation Order, which shows after you have selected your items and completed your contact details.
1. “Ship at the Same Day” if orders and payment placed before 14.00 (or 2 p.m) for ready stock item , from Monday to Friday.
2. If you confirmed on FRIDAY (after 2 p.m), your order will be processed on Monday next week. We also do not process order on public holidays.
3. Customers are responsible if JNE can’t deliver the goods on time due to incomplete address, no recipient at the address or the recipient rejects the goods.
4. Charncollgifts will give free shipping to the customer if we make mistakes in typing the address.

We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt.
